Product Introduction
UPGM203 laminate sheet also known as GPO-3, it is alkali-free fiberglass mat dipped into unsaturated polyester resin adding relevant chemical agent as the basic material pressed under high temperature PRESS into rigid panel as insulating material. It has good electrical property under high humidity and high mechanical property under medium temperature, nice fire retardant property, good arc resistance and tracking resistance. It's widely used in the low voltage electrical industries such as making of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switch-gear and other types of electrical apparatus.
This material have been did the test in liquid helium approximate to -270℃, but it still has very nice strength on mechanical properties .
Feature of GPO-3 material
Electrical Insulation: GPO3 has good electrical property under high humidity and high mechanical property under medium temperature, fire retardant property, good arc resistance and tracking resistance.
Mechanical Strength: It can be machined, punched, drilled, milled, sawn, sanded, sheared or routed. Assembly by bonding, metal screws or rivets are also possible.
